Feed On Track is a content planning and analytics platform for Instagram, operated by FeedOnTrack LTDA. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, and password when you create an account.
- Links you provide: the website and social media profiles you add under Integrations. We only read the public content of these links. We do not connect to or authenticate any account.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken in the app, and error logs to improve the platform.
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe; we do not store card data.
3. How we use your data
- Provide and improve the platform's services.
- Generate analytics, editorial calendars, and AI-powered content suggestions.
- Send communications about your account, billing, and product updates.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Reading links (no account connection)
Feed On Track does not connect to any social media account and does not use third-party APIs such as the Meta Graph API. Instead, you provide the link to your website and social profiles under Integrations, and our AI reads the public content of those pages to generate analytics and content. No access token is ever requested or stored.
You can remove any link at any time on the Integrations page of the app.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with:
- Supabase: database and authentication.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- OpenAI: AI content generation (anonymized data).
6. Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request the deletion of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Data portability.

7. Security
We use encryption, secure authentication, and security best practices to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we are committed to notifying you in the event of an incident affecting your data.
8. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
