Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Feed On Track, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Feed On Track is a SaaS platform for editorial planning, metrics analysis, and content management for Instagram. We offer editorial calendar tools, profile audits, persona creation, and AI-powered content generation.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• The information provided at sign-up must be truthful.
• Each account is for personal use or for a single organization.

• We offer free and paid plans. Details are available on the Plans page.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancellations can be made at any time from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not issue refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

You agree not to use Feed On Track to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Post illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Abuse the API or intentionally overload our servers.
• Create fake accounts or multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations.

Feed On Track does not connect to social media accounts or use third-party APIs such as the Meta Graph API. You provide links to your website and public profiles, and our AI reads the content of those pages to generate analytics and content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share these links for analysis.

Content generated by the AI based on your information belongs to you. Feed On Track's code, design, and brand are the exclusive property of FeedOnTrack LTDA.

We aim to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We perform scheduled maintenance and may temporarily suspend the service for improvements.

Feed On Track is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time in the app settings.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo/SP.
